It is paying $22.8m for the 93,000-dwt SeaStar (built 2010), owned by Sea Star Ships.
Great Harvest said it had been looking fora suitable secondhand dry bulk vessel to "take advantage of thefavourable vessel valuation in the market."
It called the price “attractive.”
Sea Star is left with seven other ships.
