The company told the Korea Stock Exchange that domestic yard Dae Sun will build the 3,500-dwt pair.
They will be on bareboat charter over 12 years, with a hire purchase option.
Delivery will be complete by September 2016.
The owner already has two 3,500-dwt vessels on order at the yard for hand-over in the first quarter of 2016.
