In a client briefing Clarksons said the owner acquired the 6,200-dwt Pan Adventure (built 2008), Pan Aegis (built 2008) and Pan Agility (built 2005) en bloc at an auction in Aruba.
While the transaction started to take shape last month the firm, which bills itself as the world’s biggest shipbroker, said the deal wasn’t finalised until this week.
Shipbroking sources tell TradeWinds the vessels have been renamed Bomar Haumea, Bomar Vesta and Bomar Juno.
