Zhejiang shipbuilder Yangfan Group said on its website the company had contracted two 1,100-teu vessels.
They will be delivered in March and April 2016. No price was disclosed.
The Zhejiang owner already has three 2,400-teu ships on order at Bohai Shipbuilding in China.
