Its 159,000-dwt Cap Isabella (built 2013) has been sold to Polembros Shipping at a striking price of $65m, brokers believe.
JM Maritime paid $54m from the vessel in 2013 as part of a two-year sale-and-leaseback deal with Livanos-backed Euronav.
The reported price is also above the $62m VesselsValue.com has against Cap Isabella today.
Sources suggest Polembros, which has been an active tanker buyer of late, has taken the vessel charter free.
