The company has placed two Mein Schiff class vessels at STX Turku in Finland, in which Meyer Werft today became the majority shareholder.
TUI has also included two optional vessels in its latest visit to the yard that has already built one newbuilding for the company and has another under construction.
According to Bloomberg, if the options are exercised the latest deal will be worth EUR 2bn ($2.7bn).
