The deal is its first in Turkey, where Besiktas Shipyard will hand over the ship in the second half of 2016, as TradeWinds reported earlier this month.
Described as a "highly advanced multipurpose service vessel", the new UT 7521 WP will be 98.9m in length, with a beam of 21 metres and a capacity of 6,000 dwt.
