The transaction includes an eight year bareboat charter back to Otto subsidiary GO Marine at an undisclosed rate.
The AHTS is described as being a DNC-classed VS491-design 21,000-bhps hybrid propulsion diesel electric driven AHTS with DP2 technology.
The Vessel is currently under construction at the Company’s shipyard in Batam, Indonesia and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2015. It will be handed over to the Buyer following the completion of legal documentation and a final inspection.
