The Korean shipbuilder said net profit to 31 December was KRW 147.3bn ($134.37m), against KRW 632.2bn in 2013.
Revenue was down to KRW 12.9 trillion, compared to KRW 14.8 trillion the year before.
Operating profit also fell steeply at KRW 183bn, versus KRW 914bn in 2013.
The shipyard finished the year strongly, winning a slew of orders for mega-containerships and LNG carriers.
