The state-owned shipbuilder said net profit was CNY 150.42m ($24.07m) last year, versus a loss of CNY 378.69m in 2013.
Revenue grew to CNY 9.53bn from CNY 5.83bn, but operating costs were also higher, at CNY 10.56bn against CNY 6.71bn the year before.
The operating loss was wider at CNY 752.61m from CNY 630.97m, but it booked a CNY 813m gain from selling subsidiaries
