The Tallin-based shipowner has agreed to sell the 18,300-gt Regina Baltica (built 1980) to an unnamed Scandinavian interest.
Tallink said the vessel was expected to be delivered by April 2015. However, no financial details were disclosed.
The shipowner has also agreed to sell the 34,400-gt Silja Festival (built 1986) to Bridgemans Services for delivery in April.
Tallink said the cash flow from the sale of the vessels will strengthen its financial position by supporting dividend payment, investments and repayment of loans.
