The 2,800-dwt HOS Arrowhead and the 2,900-dwt HOS Eagleview and the HOS Westwind (all built 2009) were previously chartered to the US navy.

They supported the submarine fleet on the east and west coast of the US.

Congress required their purchase by the navy from the company for $114m in cash, for a profit of $33m.

There is also an option to acquire a fourth ship under charter to the navy, the 2,800-dwt HOS Black Powder (built 2009), for another $38m and a total profit on all four of $44m.
