The ship will support operations on the Mariner field off the UK.
The 65-metre Mariner Sentinel will become the seventh vessel Sentinel has on order
The deal comes with a charter for five years from July 2016, plus five 12-month options.
The new vessel will be delivered early in 2017 and Sentinel will provide another ship for the contract until then.
