The 50% stakes were held in the 45,000-dwt Tambourin (built 2004) and Tintomara (built 2003) and the 46,000-dwt Allegro (built 2012), it said.
In December the owner bought 50% stakes from Laurin in its 46,000-dwt Calypso and Cavatina (both built 2010) and Corrido (built 2011).
It now owns four MRs in partnership with Laurin.
All the ships are part of Laurin's Anglo-Atlantic Steamship fleet.
