A sale agreement will see ownership transferred early next year, when the delivery of the vessel is completed.
A statement from Arctia did not specify the yard building the ship, but the agency is known to have ordered an icebreaker at the domestic Arctech shipyard.
Arctia said the deal will be done at “market price”.
