Vallianz Holdings is pushing ahead with its previously announced expansion plans, revealing today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Vallianz Engineering has entered into an agreement with an independent third-party seller to acquire two new ships.
Exactly what type of ships these are was not disclosed in its statement to the Singapore bourse, and a company spokesperson declined to shed any further light on the matter when asked by TradeWinds.
