Korea shipbuilder DSME has agreed to sell its headquarters in Seoul as it seeks to raise cash during its restructuring.
The building will be snapped up for KRW 180bn ($152m) by Koramco Reits Management, it said.
Another property in Seoul could also be sold in the capital.
DSME, in common with other big Korean shipyards, is restructuring its business to cope with a lack of orders.
