Jinhui Shipping & Transportation has sold one of its modern panama bulkers as it continues with its asset disposal programme.
Greek shipowner Fundador Compania Naviera has agreed to pay $12.8m for the Sasebo-built 75,000-dwt Jin Chao (built 2011).
Hong Kong and Oslo-listed Jinhui said it expects to deliver the ship to its new owner between 17 October and 30 November 2016.
Jinhui said it expects to report a book loss of around HKD 68m ($8.7m)
