Norwegian shipbuilder Havyard is making more money following a restructuring and diversification into new markets.

The company said net earnings in the third quarter were NOK 31.67m ($3.68m), up from NOK 6.88m a year ago.

Revenue fell to NOK 463m from NOK 493m, but operating costs were down at NOK 417m against NOK 488m.

It said it was in a strong position in segments with good activity: windmill services, fish farming, fishing and ice.
