Korea's SPP Shipbuilding is to shut its doors next year.
According to the Asiasis website, creditor Woori Bank said: "When we deliver the last ship in early March, we will shut down the company."
It added that the shipyard has won no new orders and merger and acquisition deals have proved difficult to conclude.
The bank will manage the company until a buyer appears for its assets.
