United Shipbuilding Corp (USC) spokesman Roman Chernigovstev says that, on the production side, the company has succeeded in making a big transition in its first decade of operation.
He says it has transformed “from an archaic, Soviet-era shipyard work-management system to long-term planning that meets the global trends in shipbuilding”.
“The process of elaborating USC’s technical policy and preparing the corporation’s enterprises for its subsequent implementation is underway,” he told TradeWinds.
