Transocean Maritime Agencies of Monaco is being linked to an order for kamsarmaxes at Jinling Shipyard.

The bulker owner is said to have booked two units at the Chinese shipbuilder for delivery at the end of 2018 and early 2019.

TradeWinds is told that they will be built to the International Maritime Organization (IMO)’s old Tier II standards. The company is said to be paying $24m each for the 82,000-dwt bulkers.
