Croatian shipyards have full orderbooks for the next three years, the country's chamber of commerce has said.

The Chamber's Gordana Ribaric told the Hina news agency that shipbuilders were benefiting from the rising demand for cruiseships, particularly for polar expedition vessels.

Offshore wind farms were also having an impact on ships ordered, she said.

Shipyard group Uljanik is looking for a strategic investor and state involvement for its restructuring, despite a strong orderbook.
