Smaller South Korean shipbuilders still face a struggle despite an upturn in fortunes for the biggest players in the industry, a long-term investor in the sector says.
Soo Cheon Lee, co-founder of loan and bond trader SC Lowy, says the state will help provide work for the major yards, offering something of a lifeline in the coming years.
