Workers at Hyundai Heavy Industries are planning industrial action in protest over the treatment of staff at the shipbuilder’s offshore division.
They plan to stage a partial strike to protest a revised retirement program and possible unpaid leave of idle employees, reported Yonhap.
Unionized workers are set to down their tools at a shipyard for four hours on Wednesday, the news agency said quoting an unnamed union official.
