Korean shipbuilder DSME has found another buyer for its headquarters building after a previous agreement fell through.
The Maeil daily said it had signed a non-binding pact with Koramco Reits Management and Trust for the Seoul building.
It would lease the space back from the new owner on a long-term basis if the contract is finalised.
The price has been given as KRW 180bn ($152m) - money needed to aid its restructuring efforts.
