Odfjell has completed the sale of its interest in an Oman terminal.
The $130 deal, first disclosed in October, comes with private equity partner Lindsay Goldberg more than four years into its investment with the Oslo-listed company.
Odfjell Terminals, in which Lindsay Goldberg holds a 49% stake, had owned a 29.75% slice of Oiltanking Odfjell Terminals & Co.
Analysts at Norne Research have said the $130m fee secured for the facility is attractive at 12 times EBITDA.
