First Ship Lease Trust (FSL Trust) chief executive Alan Hatton has quit the Singapore-listed shipowner with immediate effect.
FSL Trust said Hatton ceased to be CEO and a director on Thursday last week. Roger Woods, the deputy CEO, has been promoted as the acting chief executive.
Shares in the tanker and containership leasing company have been suspended on the Singapore Exchange since Friday morning.
