India Steamship appears finally to have found a buyer for one of its four modern long-range-two (LR2) tankers.

The Hyundai-built, 105,000-dwt Ratna Shalini (built 2010) has been committed on subjects to George Economou's Cardiff Marine, according to sources, for a relatively firm price of $25m, sources say.

The tanker was the newest of a quartet reportedly ordered for $63.5m each.
