Indonesian authorities have given the go-ahead for the lightering and refloating of a Euronav VLCC aground since 12 April.
The shipowner said the current tentative schedule for removal of oil is for a start to be made on 1 May.
It expects the 299,000-dwt Alex (built 2016) to be refloated by 4 May.
The vessel is still safely aground at the same position between Borneo and Sumatra.
