Nigeria's crude production has risen to the highest level in one year thanks to the restart of Shell's Forcados export terminal. But amid a worldwide glut in crude oil, the additional crude oil is doing little to help freight rates as tankers sit idle waiting for a cargo buyer.
As reported in TradeWinds, Shell has restarted loadings out of the Forcados terminal this month.
