Frontline is not allowed to file any more lawsuits to block BW Group from hiking its stake in DHT Holdings, according to a latest court ruling.
DHT said the legal action taken by the John Fredriksen-led company in the High Court of the Republic of the Marshall Islands has been dismissed with prejudice.
Frontline was trying to prevent BW from exercising its rights, acquired as part of a deal to sell 11 VLCCs to DHT, to increase its stake from 33.5%
