Aegean Marine Petroleum Network will expand into the third largest container port in the US with the opening of a new service centre in Savannah, Georgia.
Aegean said its new Savannah centre, which will be managed by the existing US team, will set up shop with leased tankage along the Savannah River from Colonial Terminals.
From there, Aegean will acquire and blend bunker fuels and will supply Colonial Oil Industries with heavy fuel oil for its truck delivery business.
