The Louisiana Offshore Oil Platform (LOOP) is soliciting customer interest in using its pipeline and offshore terminal to load North American crude oil onto VLCCs for export markets.
LOOP is currently configured to receive crude oil imports from tankers and offshore oil platform. It consists of three single-point mooring buoys, a marine terminal and a pipeline which connects to onshore storage.
