Teekay Corp expanded its board of directors from nine members to 10 as two long-standing directors, including the brother of founder Torben Karlshoej, retire.
Axel Karlshoej and Thomas Kuo-Yuen Hsu retired from the board yesterday, Teekay said. Both had been on the board of the Vancouver-based company since 1993.
The duo will be replaced by Rudolph W.J. Krediet and Heidi Locke Simon.
