Peninsula Petroleum signed a new storage agreement with the Houston Fuel Oil Terminal, aimed at targeting bunkering customers in Houston and surrounding ports.
The UK-based company said adding storage aims to move the company away from just handling barging into a full physical supplier with barging and storage logistics.
In addition to supplying bunkers via barge, Peninsula said it will be able to deliver fuel ex-pipe for ships calling at the terminal.
