Capital GP, the general partner of Capital Product Partners, has appointed Gurpal Grewal to the master limited partnership's board of directors.
Grewal replaces Nikolaos Syntychakis, who resigned from the seven-member panel on 16 November, the New York-listed MLP announced today.
Grewal currently serves as technical director of Capital Ship Management, the MLP's manager.
He is a chartered engineer with more than 35 years of experience in new building design, construction and supervision of bulk carriers, tankers, LPG and LNG vessels.
