The International Energy Agency released the data that, while not extremely bullish for tankers, posits things are at least looking upward.

The statistical agency says world oil demand this year will increase 1.5 million barrels per day this year. That is a 90,000 barrels per day upward revision from its earlier forecast as the agency sees "very strong starts" for China and India oil demand this year.
