Indonesian tanker company Waruna Nusa Sentana has reportedly made its eighth vessel purchase this year, this time taking a suezmax tanker from Greek shipowner Ancora Investment Trust.

Widely reported by brokers in Europe, Asia and the US this week, the Jakarta-based Waruna Group subsidiary is said to be paying $14m for the 159,000-dwt Mabrouk (built 2003), a price that is in line with what brokers expected when it was put up for sale back in February.
