Bo Hansen will take over as managing director of panamax division Star Tankers.

He began his shipping career with AP Moller-Maersk and led Torm’s sale and purchase activity for three years before moving stateside in 2007 to head its Stamford office.
The fluent English, German and Danish speaker will be in charge of a fleet of almost 30 tankers.
