The company said in a filing that the 84,000-cbm vessel will be delivered by the end of September 2014.

The owner said: "The investment decision has been made for securing a vessel in medium-and long-term and strengthening sales capacity.”

TradeWinds newspaper reports today that Hyundai Heavy Industries is the yard involved. It already has a sistership contracted by KSS last year.

The company has signed a charter deal with E1 for the vessel for 10 years from delivery.
