TradeWinds first reported June 7 that Ross and Diamond S management led by Craig H Stevenson Jr were feeling out investors in the US and Europe in what appeared to be a prelude to an initial public offering for the Connecticut owner's 30-strong products-tanker fleet.
While that might have suggested a New York listing, the involvement of Pareto could point instead to a preliminary structure within Norway: either an over-the-counter (OTC) place on the Oslo stock exchange, or a private fundraiser ahead of a public offering.
