The shipbuilder will construct two 2,250-dwt asphalttankers for the owner, it told the Zagreb stock exchange.
The vessels will be delivered in April, 2014.
Earlier this year the yard announced it would build fourfirm 49,000-dwt tankers, with two options, for Wisby, although discussions were continuing over price.
This followed the delivery of the last in a series offour 15,000-dwt asphalt/bitumen tankers to the same owner.
