Palmstone Petroleum will not have its license renewed after it was found to have allowed another company to use its Bunker Delivery Note (BDN) to supply bunkers, the MPA said in a statement.
This is the third time in the past two weeks that the organisation has clamped down on the errant practice.
Golden Lights HS Bunkering, Shing Li Shipping and Coast-Channels Marine have all suffered a similar fate.
