The Singapore-listed group said its yard in Zhoushan, China, will build four110,000-dwt ships for an unnamed European owner.
The vessels are costing more than $180m in total and the contract comes with twooptions.
Delivery is from the first half of 2015.
Zhoushan has also signed a deal with another Europeanowner to build a stinger barge for hand-over in the first quarter of next year.
