The unit of the state-owned oil and gas group said it had contracted two ships each at domestic shipyards PT Pal and PT Anggrek Hitam, and one at PT Multi Ocean Shipyard, plus five at unnamed foreign yards.
At least one of these is 85,000 dwt.
A contract has also been signed with PT Daya Radar Utama for a 17,500-dwt crude ship, the Tempo website reported, citing a Pertamina official.
