Korea's Samjin Shipbuilding Industries has won a deal for up to four 50,000-dwt IMO II chemical tankers for delivery from its Chinese yard in 2015.
The company’s Isle of Man-based affiliate Anglo-Atlantic Steamship confirmed in a statement that it will own the vessels and that Laurin will be responsible for technical and commercial management.
No price has been revealed. There are options attached for hand-over in 2016.
