The Singapore-basedoil trader has recruited Malaysia’s Dialog Group Bhd to conduct afeasibility study for the proposed development.
Thefeasibility study will take about a year to complete. No details as to the costor how it would be funded were disclosed.
Theterminal will have an eventual storage capacity of up to 2m cubic metres (cbm)and will be capable of handling VLCCs.
Concordsaid the proposed development will be completed in stages with an initialplanned capacity for up to 1m cbm.
