Navios Acquisition has sent the 300,500-dwt Shinyo Navigator (built 1996) to be cut up in Pakistan.
A price of $434 pet ldt has been paid for the tanker, which equates to $18.42m for the owner, sources suggest.
Last week the Shinyo Navigator was reported sold to a conversion buyer for $22m.
