Peter Appel, managing partner at law firm GorrissenFederspiel, is the other new member.
Clipper said Appel had served as a director of its Danish subsidiarysince January 2013, while Skov “brings 30 years of commercial experience fromhis various positions within the shipping industry.”
The company believes it has strengthened with theappointments, which bring the number of directors to eight.
Skov has recently overseen the takeover of J Lauritzen’sproducts tanker fleet for Hafnia.
